Hi, I’m Mila, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in BC. I’m a passionate advocate for integrative health. I hold a degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and recently completed my Naturopathic Medicine training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus) in June 2024.

My journey into naturopathic medicine began as a teenager when I struggled with cystic acne. Conventional treatments didn’t provide the answers I was looking for, so I turned to an integrative approach to uncover and address the root cause. Additionally, my time as a varsity volleyball athlete at the University of Waterloo deepened my appreciation for comprehensive approaches to health and performance. These experiences inspired my commitment to helping others reclaim their health.

Today, I have an interest in women’s health, hormonal balance, weight management, gut health, and skin health, with a focus on acne and aging. My goal is to empower my patients with personalized treatment plans that address the underlying causes of their concerns while fostering lasting wellness. I believe education is key to helping you take charge of your health and achieve vibrant well-being.

Additionally, I have a growing passion in aesthetic and cosmetic skin rejuvenation, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, and other injectables.

Outside the clinic, I love staying active through hiking, skiing, and hot yoga. I’m also a foodie at heart and enjoy exploring new cuisines with family and friends.

I’m excited to partner with you on your journey to becoming your most vibrant self—healthy, confident, and thriving from the inside out!

Historically, Traditional Chinese Medicine has placed a strong emphasis on prevention and maintaining balance within the body, rather than focusing solely on treating illness once it occurs. Erryn believes that acupuncture can offer benefits throughout all stages of life - not only in the presence of injury or illness.

Her approach is based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine principal of treating both the root and branch, rather than focusing only on the symptoms of a condition, the branch.
